Stocked products are normally prepared for dispatch after order confirmation. Custom-packed or specification-led orders follow the timeline stated in the accepted quotation.
Delivery estimates are shared in good faith and can be affected by destination, public holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions.
Inspect on arrival
Please inspect the package and flag promptly. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email tirangaworks@gmail.com within 48 hours with the order number, package photos, and clear photos of the issue.
